Our mission is simple. We use easy, customized strategies and tools to give business owners more freedom to lead, grow and live the way they planned. Industry Knowledge

Every industry is different and while accounting doesn’t change, understanding the nuances of your industry can elevate the quality of service you receive. We make a point to know our clients, their industry, and what is needed to be successful.

Higher knowledge doesn’t mean higher fees. Our focus on educating our clients goes beyond CPA or number-centered information; we convert difficult accounting concepts to something non-accountants can understand. At Lightheart Sanders, we speak many different languages (Chinese, French, Spanish, and some Tongan!) so we can work together on the same level—no translator needed.

Our Unique Method

We believe in challenging the status quo. Stressful, difficult accounting doesn’t have to be the norm. That’s why we use unique technologies to make things more efficient and convenient for our clients.

We went paperless when only 5% of firms were doing so, we went cloud-based when only 5% of firms were doing so, and we’re pushing customer portals when most firms are just getting around the concept. Technology is not just a bonus, but a key component of our planning with clients. We use it to balance work and life because we know that’s important to our clients, too.
